Born from a shared passion for endurance sports and years of experience working with athletes, Peak Tri Performance was created to help athletes bridge the gap between injury recovery and optimal performance.
We saw too many triathletes struggling with pain, recurring injuries, and uncertainty about how to train safely -- often feeling stuck between physical therapy and full training. So, we built Peak Tri Performance to provide the guidance, structure, and education that help triathletes stay healthy and perform their best.
Our approach blends movement expertise, strength & stability training, and recovery strategies designed specifically for the demands of triathlon. We're not triathlon coaches -- we're movement and performance specialists dedicated to helping triathletes train with confidence, stay pain-free and reach their potential without unnecessary setbacks.
Our mission is simple: help triathletes stay healthy, recover stronger and perform their best -- for every race, every season and every goal ahead.
